Ideally, you verify the correctness of your postcode as this ensures further accuracy of your address. 2. When you add your first product to your cart, the site will prompt you to either login or shop as a guest. Additionally, we require your delivery address since we fulfil orders from two different supermarkets based on your location. 3. Choose between convenient delivery or the option to pick up your order yourself. We currently offer three pickup locations: Welbee's Spinola, Welbee's St Venera and Welbee's Naxxar. 4. For deliveries, you can select your preferred delivery date and time during the order process or at the final checkout stage. 5. If you decide to reserve your delivery slot at the beginning of your online order, you have 60 minutes to complete the purchase, ensuring your delivery slot is secured. 6. Enjoy free delivery on orders over €65. For orders below this amount, a delivery charge of €5 will be applied. 7. For deliveries in locations without elevators where the courier needs to climb stairs to deliver your order, a surcharge of €5 will be added. You will be asked about this at checkout. 8. If you need your items urgently you can ppt for our express same-day delivery service, available for a fixed charge of €13, regardless of your shopping order's value. 9. Our website offers multiple features, including the ability to tag your favorite items, access your order history, use the reorder function, authorize replacements (with call or without call) for out-of-stock items, and various search and sorting options. 10. Age-restricted items, such as alcohol, require age verification at registration for registered clients and at checkout for guest clients to ensure compliance with legal regulations. 11. Join our loyalty club and earn points and cashback offers on your online orders. It’s important that you include your loyalty club number in your account profile. 12. As a loyalty club member, you will be prompted at checkout if you would like to utilize and offset any amount due with any loyalty cashback you accumulated and can use that month. 13. Once you complete your order at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation is instant so please check your junk folder if you do not receive such email. 14. If the value of your order increases due to item replacements, any additional amount will be charged in a separate transaction. Alternatively, if your card cannot be processed, you will be asked to pay the difference upon delivery. 15. In the event that the order value is lower than the original order at checkout, you will automatically be charged the lesser amount. 16. For any additions or changes to your order, we recommend contacting us through our Live Chat for prompt assistance. 17. Our delivery service is managed by Fastdrop, a trusted third-party company. The courier will contact you a few minutes before delivering your order, ensuring a smooth and convenient experience. 18. The courier will ask you to sign a copy of your receipt to confirm that your order was delivered and that you received the amount of boxes printed on the receipt. 19.
