How to Enter

Participating could not be easier! From March 19 to April 30, 2025, customers who:

? Are members of the Welbee’s Loyalty Club and scan their Loyalty mobile app or Loyalty Card before checkout

? Spend €25 or more at any Welbee’s supermarket

? Pay with the Mastercard card using a Global Payments terminal

will automatically be entered into the prize draw - no tickets will be handed out at the cashpoint. Each qualifying purchase counts as an entry, increasing the chances of winning.

The Draw

The five winners will be drawn on May 7, 2025, under the supervision of an inspector from the Malta Gaming Authority. Winners will be contacted using the details registered in the Welbee’s Loyalty Club Mobile App. This campaign is regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority under permit MGA/CCG/039/2025.

Terms and Conditions 

“Cruise into Summer with Global Payments, Mastercard and Welbee’s” (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”)

INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS

 The Campaign is organized by Global Payments Limited, a limited liability company registered in Malta, number C54740 (hereinafter referred to as “GP”). Registered office: Ground Floor, Continental Business Center, Old Railway Track, Santa Venera, SVR 9018, Malta. Regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority.

CAMPAIGN CONDITIONS (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS “TERMS”)

1. The Campaign will run from March 19, 2025, to April 30, 2025.

2. A participant in the Campaign is defi ned as a customer who is a member of the Welbee’s Loyalty Club and has completed a purchase

 scanning his loyalty card, using a Mastercard Debit or Credit Card and making a payment through a GP’s POS terminal during the Campaign period.

3. To qualify, the participant must be at least 18 years old, and the purchase must be a minimum of 25 EUR or more. One purchase of 25 euros or more equals one entry into the draw.

 4. Every person meeting the conditions described above and making a purchase at Welbee’s during the Campaign period will automatically be entered into the competition; no separate registration is required. The number of purchases is unlimited; however, each winner is eligible to win only one prize. 

5. Each participant who meets all the conditions will be automatically entered into the draw for the grand prize – a one-week Mediterranean cruise for two people (one double balcony room for two people, departing from Malta and returning to Malta), scheduled to depart on July 24, 2025, and return on July 31, 2025. The prize includes the cruise but does not cover additional expenses such as travel to Malta, drinks, and personal expenses during the cruise. 

6. Further details regarding the cruise ship and partnering travel agency will be provided at a later stage. The total number of such prizes is five (i.e., five winners will be selected). 

7. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Winners must confirm acceptance of their prize within seven days of being contacted. a winner does not respond within this time, the prize may be forfeited, and another winner may be selected. Winners may be required to provide identification or proof of eligibility to claim their prize. 

8. The draw for the winners will take place on 7 May 2025, under the supervision of an inspector of Malta Gaming Authority. This campaign is regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority under permit MGA/CCG/039/2025.

9. By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of the prize draw and delivery of prizes, in accordance with applicable data protection laws. 

10. The selected winners agree to participate in a press release, which may include providing a statement and image for promotional purposes by Welbee’s, Mastercard and Global Payments. Winners may also be asked to participate in media coverage related to the giveaway. 

11. The selected winners agree to be contacted to confirm their prize eligibility through the contact details provided in the Welbee’s Loyalty App. 

12. Employees of Welbee’s, Global Payments, and Mastercard, along with their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in the competition. 

13. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, GP reserves the right to modify or cancel the Campaign or adjust the timing and details of the prize. GP also reserves the right to modify the parameters of this Campaign or terminate it prematurely.
