2. Registration and Account
a. To access certain features of our website, you may be required to register and create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and ensuring its accuracy.
b. You must be at least 17 years of age to shop for age restricted products.
3. Online Shopping
a. You can place orders through our website. Prices, product availability, and delivery options are subject to change without notice.
b. Orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Welbee's Supermarket and Retail Marketing Ltd.
c. We reserve the right to limit or refuse service to any customer.
4. Payment
a. Payment for your order can be made using the provided payment methods on our website.
b. All payment information is processed securely, but we do not store your payment details.
5. Delivery and Returns
a. Delivery times and fees may vary. Please refer to our website for specific delivery information.
b. We use a third party service provider to deliver your order and we aim to deliver orders in a timely manner, but we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
c. Returns and refunds are subject to our Return Policy, which is available on our website.
d. If the client would wish to return any item purchased for whatever reason, he/she may do so by returning the goods at our outlet Welbee’s Supermarket, with the receipt. From there onwards, the shop return policy will take place, hence by a credit note. Retail Marketing Ltd Return Policy differs from product to product. This is due to the wide range of items that are in stock. Return Policies for fresh products differ from those of the condiments.
For items to be returned to Retail Marketing Ltd they have to be in their original form, with all original labels and seals attached and intact.
e. Retail Marketing Ltd will not accept any perishable products after 3 days of the purchase date and if they are not kept in their respective optimum temperature. Other Products can be returned with 15 days in their original form.
f. If an item is faulty then we will meet our legal obligations which will be of providing credit, provided that the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.
g. Credit will be deducted on your next online order, or in the case of instore shopping you are kindly asked to visit the customer care desk for a Credit Note. Receipt must be presented for Credit Notes to be given and redeemed.
h. Kindly note that credit notes issued by Welbee’s Supermarket cannot be reprinted once issued. We kindly advise you not to misplace them and recommend using them within 3 months from the date of issue.
i. If a customer wishes to request a refund, cancellation, or raise a complaint regarding a purchase or service, the customer should first contact the merchant directly so that the matter may be reviewed and resolved. If the complaint is not resolved directly with the merchant, the cardholder has the right to refer the matter to the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority (MCCAA) through its online Dispute Resolution Platform.
