If you are behind that counter, then you are confident to face customers and make sure that their experience in our shop is always better than their expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You are the company’s spokesperson with the latest information about our products and our shop

Customer feedback is always welcome. When people reach out, you will offer a solution with a smile. If it is a complaint, you reply with another smile.

Meet customer needs in a timely, efficient, and pleasant way. Always follow up.

Repeat customers are the best types of shoppers to have. Let them know that you are grateful for their purchases.

Take up calls and refer to the respective department; make sure you know the extensions and the person who will be following up.

Assist customers with their loyalty card, forms to fill and other initiatives that the shop will take

Own your workspace with latest posters, directions, information in a very tidy manner
