Terms & Conditions – Lindt Piaggo one Giveaway

1. Organiser

   The promotion is organised by Retail Marketing Ltd & M Demajo & Co Ltd, Malta (“the Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period

   The promotion runs from 1st December 2025 to 31st December 2025, both dates inclusive. Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted. The Prize draw will take place during the 13^th of January at 1pm

3. Eligibility

   • The promotion is open to Maltese residents aged 18 years and over.
   • Employees of Retail Marketing Ltd & M Demajo & Co Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
   • Participation is void where prohibited by law.
      

4. How to Enter

• Purchase a minimum of €10 worth of Lindt chocolate products in a single transaction from any Welbee’s Supermarket during the promotion period.
• Customers must scan their Welbee’s loyalty card or Welbee’s app at checkout when purchasing the qualifying Lindt products.
• Each qualifying transaction linked to a scanned loyalty card or app automatically grants the customer one entry into the prize draw.
• Customers should retain their purchase receipt as proof of eligibility.
• Only purchases registered under a valid Welbee’s loyalty account during the promotion period will be considered valid entries.

1. Prizes

   • Two (2) winners will each receive a Piaggio One Vespa Electric Scooter.
   • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
   • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control require it.
      

2. Winner Selection & Notification
    

   • Winners will be selected  electronically at random using the website random.org from all valid entries received during the promotion period.
   • The draw will be held in 13^th January 2026 and supervised by the Authority’s inspector
   • Winners will be contacted  via phone, email, or via the Welbee’s app within 5 days of the draw.
   • If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, the prize may be forfeited and another winner selected.
      

3. Verification

   • The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of purchase and age identification before awarding any prize.
   • Any entries suspected of being fraudulent, incomplete, or illegible will be disqualified.
      

4. Use of Personal Data

   • By entering, participants consent to the use of their personal data solely for the administration of this promotion in accordance with GDPR and Welbee’s privacy policy.
   • Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for prize fulfilment.
      

5. Limitation of Liability

   • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received, lost, or delayed for any reason.
   • The Promoter shall not be liable for any damages, loss, or injury resulting from participation in this promotion or acceptance of any prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.

6. Prevention of Minors

   • This promotion is intended for adult customers. Participation by minors under 18 years is strictly prohibited.
   • The Promoter ensures all promotional material clearly states the age restriction and that staff are informed to uphold this policy.
      

7. General

• Purchases must be verified through the Welbee’s loyalty system to qualify.
• Welbee’s reserves the right to cancel, amend, or extend the promotion if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary.
• By participating, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions and consent to their name and photo being used for promotional purposes by Welbee’s and M. Demajo Confectionery.
