Loyalty Club App and Card FAQs

I DON’T HAVE A SMARTPHONE. CAN I STILL BENEFIT FROM LOYALTY OFFERS?

Yes, of course! Simply go to our Customer Care Desk and ask for a Welbee’s Loyalty Club Card. You will be asked for your personal details and given a new card. Customer Care will also provide you with printed vouchers to redeem your points.

CAN I HAVE BOTH THE APP AND THE LOYALTY CARD?

Yes! You can have both the app and the physical card. If you would like to obtain a card, go to our Customer Care Desk and request the Welbee’s Loyalty Club Card.

CAN MY PARTNER/SPOUSE AND I SHARE THE SAME APP ACCOUNT?

Yes! You can either:

  1. Log in to the app using the same account, or
  2. Log in to the app using different accounts and then head to our Customer Care Desk to get the two accounts linked.
HOW LONG ARE MY POINTS VALID FOR?

The points you collect will remain valid, but the account will be disabled if no activity is done in 13 months within our supermarkets.

WHEN I GET THE WELBEE’S LOYALTY CLUB APP OR CARD, WHAT HAPPENS TO MY OLD POINTS?

Your old points will be transferred to your new Welbee’s Loyalty Club App or Card. However, if you have been inactive for over 13 months, your points will be lost.

CAN I TRANSFER MY POINTS TO SOMEONE ELSE?

Yes! Go to our Customer Care Desk so that our team can transfer your points to your desired account.

CAN I EXCHANGE POINTS FOR VOUCHERS?

Yes, you can. Go to our Customer Care Desk, and the Welbee’s team will exchange your points for your choice of vouchers. Then, your vouchers will be available on your app, ready to be redeemed at selected shops.

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE POINTS FOR DONATIONS?

If you would like to convert your points into donations, head to the Donation section of the app. Then, select the NGO you want to donate to, as well as the number of points you would like to donate.

HOW LONG IS A CASHBACK VOUCHER VALID FOR?

Cashback is valid during the following month. To see your cashback balance, log in to the app.

HOW LONG ARE GIFT VOUCHERS VALID FOR?

Gift vouchers are valid for three months.

I’VE LOST (OR CHANGED) MY PHONE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Simply download the app onto your new phone and log in to your existing account. All your points, cashback balance and vouchers will display as expected.

I’VE FORGOTTEN MY USERNAME. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Go to our Customer Care Desk and give the team your ID card number, passport number, Loyalty Card number or mobile number. They will then provide you with your registered email address, which you can use to log in to your account.

I’VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you have forgotten your password:

  1. Click on ‘Sign In’.
  2. Click on ‘Forgot Password’.
  3. Enter your email address and click on ‘Send Link’.
  4. Then, follow the directions in the email you receive.
I’M A SUPPLIER AND I WANT TO JOIN YOUR LOYALTY PROGRAMME. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
