Items were missing when my online purchase was delivered. Can I get a refund?

If you purchased an item online but did not receive it with your delivery and it is not listed on the receipt (e.g. due to being out of stock or in poor condition), your bank will release the charged amount for that item as the supermarket did not charge you for it. However, if the item is on the receipt but missing from your delivery, please contact the supermarket directly or return to the outlet where you made the purchase to receive a refund.
