I was charged a different amount to the shelf price. What should I do?

Prices from our suppliers are constantly changing, and we update them daily. Unfortunately, the shelf tag may not always reflect the updated price. If this occurs, we can issue a refund or add the value to your card as cashback to be redeemed the following month. To process the refund or cashback, please provide us with: 1) the date-stamped receipt as proof of purchase, and 2) a photo of the shelf price on the date of purchase.
