When am I entitled to a refund?

You may request a refund in any of the following circumstances: 1) if you have received expired products, 2) if items are missing from your bill, and 3) if there is a difference between the shelf price and the amount you have been charged. Please note that you will need to provide sufficient proof for the latter.
