If you purchased an item online through Wolt but did not receive it with your delivery and the item is not listed on the receipt (e.g. due to being out of stock or in poor condition), your bank will release the charged amount for that item as the supermarket did not charge you for it. On the other hand, if the item is on the receipt but missing from your delivery, please contact Wolt consumer support to request a refund or arrange for the product to be delivered.
